Synchronization control of an uncertain dynamical network with time-varying delay is investigated by means of robust control scheme. In practical application, the network topologies are not exactly known and the communication time-delay may be fast time-varying in the synchronized process. To analyze the robustness of the controlled complex networks, we firstly propose a dynamic model of the uncertain network with time-varying delay. Furthermore, by using Lyapunov stability theory, we investigate the convergence of the proposed network to guarantee global exponential synchronization via the robust controller. Then, we derive the control design procedure which has strong robustness against the effect of uncertain topological structure and fast time-varying delay. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to show the effectiveness of our strategies.
