摘要

Based on the Self-Determination Theory and used by the behavior mechanism of "external stimulation-internal needs-motivation-behavior",this paper discussed the relationship between abusive supervision and CWB of coal mine technical staff,and analyzed the effects of abusive supervision on the satisfaction of the technical staff's psychological needs through both the instrumental path and the emotional path and the alienation of the behavior motive.By constructing the motivation mechanism model of CWB,this study provided the basis and the direction for empirical research in the future,and the path for the strategies which can be implemented to prevent the CWB.
机译:本文基于自我决定理论,结合“外部激励-内部需求-动机-行为”的行为机制,探讨了煤矿技术人员滥用监督与CWB之间的关系,分析了滥用监督对煤矿技术人员的影响。通过工具路径和情感路径以及行为动机的异化来满足技术人员的心理需求。通过构建CWB的激励机制模型,本研究为今后的实证研究提供了基础和方向,以及可以实施的防止CWB策略的路径。
