This paper analyzes the coordination of a three-level Supply Chain composed of a manufacturer,a distributor and a retailer under the random demand.The paper designs a combined contract of Revenue Sharing and Quantity Flexibility Contracts in the two transactions of the three-level Supply Chain,namely,Revenue Sharing is used between the manufacturer and distributor,but Quantity Flexibility is used between the distributor and retailer.Prove that the combined contract by setting the reasonable parameters can coordinate the three-level Supply Chain.
