摘要

A risk valuation index system of the animation industry park construction project is established in this paper.A risk valuation method of this kind of project is also put forward based on comparing the advantages and disadvantages of expert estimation method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy valuation and the method is carried out to evaluate the risk of Chinese Linyi International Animation Industry Park.The results indicate that the total risk of the project is relatively low while technical risk,market risk and management risk were all relatively low except that the financial risk was at moderate level and policy risk was low,therefore,the risk prevention in this project construction should focus on financial risk and market risk.
机译：本文建立了动漫产业园区建设项目的风险评估指标体系。在比较专家估计法，层次分析法和模糊评估法的优缺点的基础上，提出了此类项目的风险评估方法。结果表明：该项目的总风险相对较低，而技术风险，市场风险和管理风险均相对较低，但财务风险为中等水平，政策风险低，因此，本项目建设的风险防范应着眼于财务风险和市场风险。
