Through comprehensive analysis of the Nalan cultural industrial park development advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges as well as the development of cultural industry park in Nalan can bring benefits, analog and analysis of domestic and foreign industrial park construction and development models, on the basic concept and preliminary design of the implementation of the program of the Shangzhuang Nalan culture industry park. This research, including the general idea, image positioning, marketing strategy, can be inspired and learn from the development of all parts of the country.
