摘要

In recent years,the number of folk non-profit organizations in China is on a rising trend year by year,and many problems existing in the financial management of folk non-profit organizations are increasingly apparent.The paper puts forward measures to strengthen folk non-profit organizations financial management and innovation based on Chinese folk non-profit organizations financial management problems at present in order to promote the folk non-profit organization healthy and sustainable development in China.Non-profit Organization(NPO)refers to the organization that has the characteristics of Nonprofit and public welfare,without the material goods production and national affairs management functions,mainly in the form of spiritual products or services to provide services to the society.The organizations include two types: public nonprofit organizations and folk non-profit organizations.Public non-profit organization is funded by the government to set up,often referred to as institutions in China.Folk non-profit organizations is funded by private,non-profit,engaged in education,science and technology,culture,health,religion,and other social commonweal activities of social service organization.[1]Folk non-profit organizations should meet the following conditions:(1)the group is not to profit as the objective and purpose;(2)the resource provider inputs resources but does not obtain economic returns;(3)resource provider does not enjoy the ownership of the organization.
机译：近年来，我国民间非营利组织的数量呈逐年上升的趋势，民间非营利组织的财务管理中存在的许多问题日益凸显。非营利组织的财务管理和创新基于当前中国民间非营利组织的财务管理问题，以促进中国民间非营利组织的健康和可持续发展。非营利组织（NPO）指具有以下特点的组织非营利性和公益性的特征，没有物质商品的生产和国民事务管理职能，主要以精神产品或服务形式为社会提供服务。组织包括公共非营利组织和民间非营利组织两种。公共非营利组织是由政府资助建立的，通常称为研究所民间非营利组织由民间，非营利组织资助，从事教育，科学技术，文化，卫生，宗教及其他社会公益组织的社会公益活动。[1]民间非营利组织应满足以下条件：（1）集团不得以目的和宗旨为宗旨；（2）资源提供者投入资源却得不到经济收益；（3）资源提供者不享有组织的所有权。
