摘要

The optimization schedule strategy of the active distribution system (ADS) is the core technology required to actively manage distributed energy resources (DERs) and to guarantee the economical utilization and safe operation of renewable energy generation. This paper investigates an optimal scheduling model for the ADS on the basis of ADS itself and DERs features, whose purposes are minimizing voltage deviation and minimizing the operational expenditures of a complete dispatching cycle by means of controllable DERs. In addition, the harmony search (HS) algorithm is improved by using uniform distribution of the initial harmony library and variable dimension harmony memory, the improved harmony search (IHS) algorithm is proposed to produce the optimal scheduling strategy of the ADS, and the solution algorithm for ADS is introduced in detail. Finally, the case study demonstrates the validity of the proposed optimal scheduling model and the IHS algorithm for ADS.
