Customers' demand is changing constantly. The bullwhip effect takes shape when this situation of asymmetric information is enlarged or amplified partly due to farmers' failure to acquire the accurate information. “Farming-Supermarket Docking” is introduced to make farmers and big sellers like supermarkets sign the contract, allowing farmers to supply farm products directly to the cooperation institution, who will supply the supermarkets after the resource integration. In contrast to the conventional way, this docking removes the progress of passing on between members, also preventing the products from going bad during repeating transportation. Extends is utilized as modeling after analyzing the demands and current situation upon supply chain of farm products, and secondly used as modeling for the supply chain under the situation of “Farm-Supermarket Docking”. Finally, we will optimize “Farm-Supermarket Docking” by added information sharing mechanism. After the contrast of the bullwhip effect, we can test and verify the feasibility and effectiveness for “Farm-Supermarket Docking” to reduce the damage that bullwhip effect causes.
