We have designed common source cascode low noise amplifier with feedforward distortion cancellation, common source inductive degeneration low noise amplifier, common source inductive degeneration low noise amplifier with feedforward distortion cancellation, common source shunt resistive feedback low noise amplifier, common gate low noise amplifier in this paper using 0.13um CMOS technology. The low noise amplifiers have been optimized for working in the 2.4 GHz band. All the above low noise amplifiers are having pi-matching at input for improving gain. Advanced Design System (ADS) software is used for simulation. The designed low noise amplifiers use 1.2V supply voltage. The performance target is to achieve high gain and low noise figure without degrading the overall linearity.
