摘要

Microstrip patch antenna with frequency reconfigurable capability is proposed in this paper. The proposed antenna covers the c-band region. The antenna consists of reference patch; an additional patch is connected by using three PIN diodes. By controlling the PIN diode bias voltage, the antenna can be switched among seven different frequencies. Both simulation and experimental results indicate that without any additional matching elements, the proposed antennas demonstrates very good input match at all the resonant frequencies.
