In this paper, a bottom-gate bottom-contact (BGBC) Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT) has been fabricated using TIPS-Pentacene as a semiconducting layer, PVP as a dielectric, and Silver nanoparticles as gate, source, and drain electrodes. The whole fabrication process has been conducted in open air environment, the deposition of the silver electrodes has been performed by using a SonoPlot GIX Microplotter (which uses plotter-printing technique), and the semiconductor and dielectric layers are deposited using spin-coating. Plotter printing is one of the auspicious ways of procuring small-size features of printed elements. The characteristics of the fabricated OTFT has been discussed, with a mobility of 0.03cm2/V.s, and a threshold voltage of -11V.
