摘要

The paper deals with development of ma-trix-operation method of solving equations of thickness-shear (TSh) vibrations of piezo-electric quartz plates for rotated Y-cut with the aim of analytic description of vibrations when the plate has a limited length. The basic equations of TSh - vibrations for arbitrary boundary conditions are obtained.
