摘要:文章将物联网技术应用到数控机床监控系统中,为提高我国数控机床监控系统水平和加工精度和效率.文章深入分析了物联网基本概念、体系架构、关键技术、主要面临的问题以及具体应用等方面,同时结合数控系统目前存在的不足之处进行了剖析.引入物联网技术应用到数控机床智能监控系统中,详细阐述了基于物联网的数控系统总体功能、机床信息终端的硬件体系结构、数据交换中心设计和机床监控中心等方面的设计与研究,建立物联网模型,提出了基于物联网的数控机床远程监控系统.随着物联网技术的发展,相信在数控系统中有着越来越重要的作用.%This article incorporated the Internet of things technology to monitoring system of NC machine tool,in order to improve the CNC machine tool control system level and machining precision and efficiency.This paper analyzes the network basic concept,architecture,key technologies,the main problems,the specific application and the present defects of CNC system.The Internet of things technology applied to the NC machine tool in intelligent monitoring system,describes in detail the design and research of the overall function of CNC machine tool,the information terminal based on IOT architecture,data exchange center design and tool monitoring center,builds network model,proposes a remote monitoring system for CNC machine tools based on the Internet of things.With the rapid development of the Internet of things technology,it is believed that CNC system will play a more and more important role in the Mechanical processing field.
