国内外数控机床定位精度对比分析研究

     

摘要

In order to find the real gap between homemade and abroad made machine tools,two 3-axis machine tools for aviation structure manufacturing were selected to compare with positioning accuracy and repeatability positioning accuracy,in which one homemade and one abroad made.According to ISO 230-2 and GB 17421.2-2000 standard,the test data was calculated and analysis.it is found that most of accuracy indexes through axial line of abroad made machine tool are better than homemade,because abroad made repeatability positioning accuracy is higher than homemade,which decide abroad made machine tool posses better accuracy adjust and compensation ability.The reason of the gap between homemade and abroad made is that the axial line of homemade is inconsistency.%为寻找国产机床与进口同类产品的真实差距,选定两台适用于航空结构件加工的三坐标加工中心进行定位精度指标研究.依据ISO 230-2和GB17421.2-2000标准中有关定位精度等误差算法,对测试数据进行计算和统计分析.研究发现,进口机床在绝大多数轴线的精度指标要优于国产机床,其重复定位精度等级较高决定了进口机床具备更强的补偿和精度调整能力.造成相对落后的原因主要是在轴线上少数位置存在突越现象,轴线一致性较差.
