摘要

The rotational thin-walled parts of aluminum alloy widely used in aerospace equipment are prone to deformation during the turning process, which cannot guarantee the machining accuracy. To solve this problem, this paper uses AdvantEdge software to simulate and predict the cutting force in the process of turning and proposes that regard the average value of the extreme value of local cutting force as the equivalent cutting force. According to the simulation data, the empirical formula of cutting force for DCGT11T302-AK turning tool and ZL205A material is fitted. On this basis, this paper studies the force and deformation on the part by simulation analysis through the ABAQUS software, discovers the relationship between roundness error and cutting parameters: with the increase of cutting depth and feed rate, the roundness error is also increased. In order to achieve higher accuracy, we should control the depth of cut and feed rate to reduce the cutting force.
