摘要

(Kn0.38nNan0.52nLin0.04n) (Nbn0.86nTan0.1nSbn0.04n)On2.97nceramics, prepared by solid state reaction method, are sintered in air and in confined atmosphere at 1137°C. Microstructure of ceramics are not significant affected nor by sintered atmosphere either by adding of 1 mol % KF during sintering but the Curie temperatures Tc are shifted to higher values and the piezoelectric properties are improved.
