摘要

This paper evaluates the performance of concave diffraction grating fabricated using two-dimensional curving techniques. This concave diffraction grating was fabricated by assembling flat diffraction grating film on a convex glass and replicating from this convex diffraction grating mold. The diffraction efficiency of prototype was almost the same as that of flat diffraction grating. This shows that two-dimensional curving techniques were successfully able to facilitate the fabrication of concave diffraction grating with a high diffraction efficiency.
