This paper analyzes the success of Cisco Company in which the pattern of supplying network is established. Examples are given to prove that traditional enterprises can take hold of the chances left in post - industrial era to establish internet - based suppliers alliances, so as to recombine essential factors of resources and maximize profits. It further analyzes that Cisco' s success mainly relies on its profound pattern transformation from traditional vertical integration to horizontal integration. Based on above analyses, the paper raises a concept of supply chain management that fits for horizontal integration and discusses its managing pattern. In the end, the author puts forward some suggestions on enterprise pattern and its management transformation in network epoch.
