摘要

The innovation of enterprise management is a kind of self - regulated adaptation to the changing environment. The E ― Commerce provides a complete new operation environment for the survival and development of enterprises. It's application and development brings the profound influence on traditional enterprises. In the near future, most of the enterprises will use E ― Commerce gradually and effectively. The operation mode of enterprises also will have to adopt great reforms. This article elaborates on the innovation of the enterprises management under the new condition. It also stresses cultural innovation of these enterprises from a strategic point of view and provides new ways for enterprises culture construction in E ― Commerce.
