1. There were some analgesia effects on rats exposed to 55.6Hz, 8mT magnetic fields for 7 days, 6 hours each day. 2. In our present study, there was no obvious variance of 5-HT in hypothalamus of rats. To further study the analgesia mechanism, the next step is to assay β-endorphin, which has close relationship to analgesia.
