摘要

The genome expression levels will be changed after exposure to 50 Hz 0.4mT ELF-MF for 24 hours. It is suggested that ELF-MF might be a co-carcinogen through BRCA2-mediated pathway, which participates in DNA recombination and repair. In order to elucidate the relation between ELF-MF and breast carcinogenesis, further studies should be conducted to determine the expression patter and relationship with tumorigenesis for these ELF-MF response genes.
