This paper presents the modeling of the electromagnetic field coupled with thermal field fa RF (Radio Frequency) applicator used for polyamides (nylon 6) charge heating with the Flux2D Dielectrothermal application. It was considered an ideal capacitor (parallel plate applicator). In real case it must be considered an air gap between dielectric and one plate, so the example shows the behavior in electrical and thermal field of an eterogen ensemble of two materials (nylon 6 and vacuum).
