Organizations are composed of complex relationships and interactions involving Leadership, Systems, Procedures, and Behaviors. Each of the preceding act to provide a unique set of behavioral expectations within the organization's culture. The workers' perception, which generates their behavior, at any given time is influenced by their personal history, the organizational culture, and their perception of the here and now and the outcomes of their behavior. Our work over the past 25 years has been directed at identifying the dynamic underpendings of behavior and designing behavioral intervention strategies to produce measurable change and enhancement in organizations.
