摘要

The thermal-protection and sealed structure of side-view window is one of the key technology for the development of "SHENZHOU"("SZ"), the manned spacecraft developed by China, because the performance of the window thermal protection and seal is concerning of the safety of the astronaut, and also involved several aspects of technical challenges. The main difficulties are: 1) the realizing of thermal-protection and seal at the same location, namely the seal performance in the high temperature environment during atmospherical re-entry; 2) the screen of TPS materials which have a synchronic-ablative characteristic between the glass and adjacent material of the window, to avoid the appearance of steps, therefore the over-heating caused by the disturbing of gas flow; 3) the analysis and calculation program for distribution of temperature in a complex structure consisted of a series of difference materials including transparent materials; and 4) the ground test program which can predict the above four aspects are described in the paper. The performance of thermal-protection and seal of the structure of side-view window has been verified by the five successful flights of "SZ-1" to "SZ-5", therefore the technique on thermal-protection and sealedrnstructure of manned spacecraft is also verified.
