摘要

This paper studies the combination reliability analysis method between failure mode effect analysis and fault tree analysis for close-loop control system. Because the close-loop control system can compensate the effect of abnormal input, combine the mathematical simulation and direct causal inference to obtain the reliability model for typical close-loop control system, then realize the transformation from FMEA to FTA. The application of hydraulic actuator system with object-oriented model indicates that the combination reliability method can reduce the analysis time and workload greatly and the fault tree is correct to represent the whole characteristics of close-loop control system.
