摘要

The optical measuring method is used in the instrument for measuring the multi-parameters of the deep hole. The inside diameter, inside surface roughness and the linearity of the deep hole could be finished at one time measuring automatically. The resolution of the diameter is 1 μm and its precision is <5 μm. The Ra is 1.6～0.2 and its error of measurement is the greed of 1/8～1/4. The linearity error of the 10m long deep hole is < 100 μm.
