The reformation f the province of test mainly represent two facet. The facet is the modularization of the measuring instruments by reason of the application of computer in the measuring automation. On the other hand, network technonlogy bring the reformation for the computer-based measuring automation architecture. The computer-based modern network measurement system is the result of the increasing development of the computer technology and network technology and their application in measurement and automation. The measuring instruments in the 21th century will be a opening system which be formed by building network and be based on PC and server. In this paper, the development of instrumentation and measurement technique based on the network technique is discusses and summarized. The conception and constitution of the network measurement are discussed. Finally, the application of networked measuring technology and networked, instrument is given combining dynamic measurement.
