Near infra red analysis has gained rapid acceptance as an alternative method for agriculture and food-processing industry. Using near infrared analysis time to perform is less & frequency of response can be online and continuous In this work ICUMSA color analysis has been tried using near infrared spectroscopy. Results of conventional ICUMSA method No. 9 (TEA/HCI Buffer) and near infrared analysis have been compared.
