Purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of new silicon liners for trans-tibial prosthesis with 18 case studies. These liners made the prosthesis possible to be used from early stage after operation. These protect the skin of the stump and patients feel comfortable, because it has excellent traction and shock absorption. We conclude that it is best if patients start off with Comfort first. If the patients have problems with shape of their stump, Luxury is better because it has excellent shock absorption and fitting. However, if the patient has a long stump, 2 color is better since it is thin and easy to transmit the force.
