摘要

The objective of this study was to utilize the psychophysical approach to examine the symmetric and asymmetric lifting tasks from simulated industrial tasks for Korean. Two different lifting frequencies (3,6 lifts/min) and two task angles (0°, 90°) for symmetric and asymmetric tasks, respectively, with one lifting range from floor to 76cm height were studied. The MAWL was determined under the different task conditions, and the oxygen consumption, heart rate, and RPE values were measured or recorded while subjects were lifting their MAWLs.The MAWL decreased as the task frequency and task angle increased. However, the heart rate and oxygen consumption increased as task frequency increased, while the increase of task angle did not affect the heart rate and oxygen consumption. The RPE value showed that subject perceived more exertion at the back during asymmetric lifting tasks than symmetric lifting tasks.
