摘要

The scientific and technological information resources are important strategic resources, and have unique roles and useful means in the current information environment. The authors discuss the relationship between user's experience and scientific and technological information resources, and also expound their connotations, as well as explain the necessity and feasibility of carry out such service. The authors combine with the characteristics of scientific and technological information resources, and analyse how to carry out the information service from the perspective of the user's experience as well as expound the main service patterns and the service strategies. Finally the authors point out such service will effectively promote the development and utilization of scientific and technological information.
