This presentation focuses on the structure of the MEMS or Microsystems industry and provides ways of categorizing players in the industry. The different categories are discussed and the key drivers for the industry are identified. The structure is further put into perspective by the analysis of two public MEMS companies and the presentation concludes with observations on the status of the industry as it is.
