Thin films of (110)-oriented YBa_2Cu_3O_(7- delta ) (YBCO) have been prepared by a DC magnetron sputtering technique with an iverted cylindrical target. The I-V characteristics have been measured at 4.2 K (in liquid helium) with increasing and decreasing the current. Two kinds of dysteresis accompanied with voltage steps on the I-V characteristic along the c-axis have been observed. The large step at large current is ascribed to the appearance of the hot spot. Two origins on the small steps at small current are discussed.
