摘要

Question-Answer Systems with their wide scope are most common and important methods to acquire information and knowledge in different domains. They are used in surveys, tests, and knowledge acquisition. They are complex tasks especially when dealing with the elictation of expert knowledge and its transfer to a useful system. On the other hand, experts in different domains may lack time to provide their expertise to a knowledge engineer, while others, may need relatively special question-answer systems to fulfill their needs. Computer-assisted question-answer systems, if created by the one who needs it, will be very efficient to gather the required data; but most of those profiteers lack the basic knowledge of the questionnaire design, rule and knowledge extraction and other needed aspects. Using the automatic programming techniques, the expert will design the needed question-answer system, with minimal effort, and also have a way to manipulate the data, and the cases, for future reference. This software may be generalized, and can be used in different cases.
