摘要

We have found that creatine acts to inhibit transglu-raminase mediated particle aggregation in vitro. The techniques we have developed here offer a more complete step on the continuum to screen other effective inhibitors that have the potential to pass the blood-brain barrier and effectively modulate excessive enzyme activity.
