摘要

Statistics of Japan Coast Guard show that almost all those disasters are caused by small boats like fishery boats and pleasure boats.The basic factors of looking-out are continuous watching and early detecting of targets using adar.However it is difficult to find small boats because their effective height above sea level is very low and also their Radar Cross Section(RCS) is very small on radar observation.More over,they do not install not only AIS but also other effective common communication system.Almost small boats are made by FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic),although its RCS are small,there is small number of observation results of the RCS.In this research,the authors obtained the data that small boats have about 6 m2 of RCS and the visualization distance is 1NM using normal marine radar.Moreover,the authors have collected the data of various boats to make the useful data set in this paper.This paper defined the visualization including communication as the Electrical Visualization and studied on its enhancement from the visualization of radar,communication system and network system,and made the proposal for the future.
