摘要

Remote control technology became the important element of a mobile robot due to a development of an internet infrastructure. Especially, Client interfaces with web-browser are used widely as a common GUI. In this paper, we propose the method to realize platform independent Web-based tele-operation. The application which is programmed by JAVA API, independent OS platform, is embodied to manage the total modules to control elements of robot hardware and transmit visual data through network.
