摘要

A global strategy for designing the rational collision behavior of crashworthy leading car of city rail transit train has been discussed in this paper.. A dynamic simulation for analyzing plastic deformation of the car structure is carried out to determine the energy absorption by using dynamic non-linear FEA techniques. Calculations manifest that crash energy can be dissipated effectively, while the deformation of car body structure is taken place in an orderly way as well due to designs of "hypocritical hinges". All these results verify that the design is reasonable and feasible.
