We carried out the tensile test for epoxy resin impregnated carbon fiber strandrn(CF/Ep strand) and the flexural tests for longitudinal and transverse directions of unidirectionalrnCFRP laminates by fatigue loading as well as constant strain-rate (CSR) loading under variousrnloading-rates and temperatures. As results, all fatigue strengths as well as CSR strengths dependrnremarkably on loading-rate and temperature. The time-temperature superposition principle holdsrnfor all fatigue strengths as well as CSR strengths, which agrees well with that for the viscoelasticrnbehavior of corresponding matrix resin. The master curves for all fatigue strengths can be obtainedrnfrom these results. The dependence of these fatigue strengths upon temperature and loading-rate asrnwell as the number of cycles to failure can be characterized from these master curves.
