摘要

The successful execution of this research project will lead to a national policy for TPC to undertake in positioning herself in this new business environment to compete for customers. TPC will know the benefits and the risk associated with this business strategy of offering customer service automation functions. The project will be completed in the middle of the year 2000, but we expect that results which will indicate the policy direction to be available earlier before this project comes to a formal completion.
