This brief paper compliments a dynamic, future-focused AQC session that will help attendees become engaged in the changing pace and deployment of organizational quality with emphasis on how those changes affect the way we manage our Supply Chain. Facilitated exercises will examine where quality is going and how the quality professional can be part of the change leadership without being overtaken or overwhelmed. We fully expect that the outcome will be new ideas and some defined actions with attendees committed to getting involved.
