摘要

This paper analyzed the number of resident population and the floating population in Beijing firstly. The authors found that the floating population has a significant impact on total population change in Beijing. It is not accurate to establish Logistic model on the total population directly. So the authors establish models on household population and floating population respectively and finally predict quantity tendency of the population in Beijing in the next few years. It is one important task for social management and scholarly research to accurately grasp the tendency of Beijing's population.
