摘要:Objective: To explore a gingival shade matching method and to evaluate the presicion and accuracy of a dental spectrophotometer modified to be used in gingival color measurement. Methods: Crystaleye, a dental spectrophotometer ( Olympus, Tokyo, Japan) with a custom shading cover was tested. For precision assessment, two experienced experimenters measured anterior maxillary incisors five times for each tooth. A total of 20 healthy gingival sites (attached gingiva, free gingiva and medial gingival papilla in anterior maxillary region ) were measured, the Commission Internationale de Ⅰ' Eclairage ( CIE ) color parameters ( C1E L*a*b*) of which were analyzed using the supporting software. For accuracy assessment, a rectangular area of approximately 3 mm X 3 mm was chosen in the attached gingival portion for spectral analysis. PR715 ( SpeetraScan; Photo Research Inc. , California, USA ) , a spectrora-diometer, was utilized as standard control. Average color differences (△E) between the values from PR715 and Crystaleye were calculated. Results-. In precision assessment,△L * between the values in all the test sites and average values were from(0. 28 ±0. 16) to(0. 78 ±0. 57) ,with △a * and △b * from (0.28±0.15)to (0.87 ±0.65),from(0. 19 ±0.09)to( 0.58 ±0.78), respectively. Average AE between values in all test sites and average values were from (0. 62 ± 0.17 ) to ( 1. 25 ± 0.98 ) CIELAB units, with a total average △E(0.90 ± 0. 18). In accuracy assessment, △L * with control device were from(0.58 ±0. 50) to(2. 22 ± 1. 89) ,with △a * and △b * from(1.03 ±0. 67)to(2.99 ±1.32),from (0. 68 ±0. 78) to( 1 - 26 ±0. 83 ) , respectively. Average AE with the control device were from ( 2. 44 ± 0.82) to (3.51 ±1.03) CIELAB units, with a total average △E (2.96 ± 1.08). Conclusion: With appropriate modification, Crystaleye, the spectrophotometer, has demonstrated relative minor color variations that can be useful in gingival color measurement.%目的:研究应用牙科分光光度计测量牙龈组织比色的精确性及准确性.方法:将牙科分光光度计Crystaleye(Olympus Inc,Tokyo,Japan)的天然牙咬合定位板进行改良,并辅以遮光罩获取牙龈图像.精确性试验中,2名实验者对5名被试共计20个牙位的上颌前牙区进行测色,采用国际照明委员会(Commission Intemationale de I'Eclairage,CIE)1976 L*a*b*色度系统,获取附着龈、游离龈、近中龈乳头CIE L*a*b*值,并计算各测量值与平均值的平均差值.准确性试验中,1名实验者对6名被试共计24个牙位上颌前牙区的附着龈进行测色,获取附着龈的CIE L*a*b*值,以分光光度计PR715(SpectraScan;PhotoResearch,Inc.,California,USA)所测数值为金标准计算与各测量值的平均差值.结果:精确性的平均L*差值(平均dL*)在(0.28±0.16)至(0.78±0.57)之间,平均a*差值(平均da*)及平均b*(平均db*)差值分别在(0.28±0.15)至(0.87±0.65),(0.19±0.09)至(0.58±0.78)之间,平均色差值在(0.62±0.17)至(1.25±0.98)之间,总平均色差值为(0.90±0.18);准确性的平均dL*在(0.58±0.50)至(2.22±1.89)之间,平均da*及平均db*分别在(1.03±0.67)至(2.99±1.32),(0.68±0.78)至(1.26±0.83)之间,平均色差值在(2.44±0.82)至(3.51±1.03)之间,总平均色差值为(2.96±1.08).结论:经过适当的仪器改良,Crystaleye用于测量上颌前牙区牙龈组织颜色产生的不稳定性相对较低,是测量牙龈颜色的可行仪器.
