摘要

A combined in vivo measurement system integrating laser-induced autofluorescence (LIAF) and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) measurement was developed and investigated for detecting colonic adenoma. The system could work with regualr endoscopy examination. A three-layer bakcpropagating neural network (BNN) sensitivity and specificity better than either of the two methods used along.
