摘要

A portable instrument for tissue oximetry based on time-resolved reflectance spectroscopy was developed. The performances of the system were tested on phantoms in terms of stability, reproducibility among channels, and accuracy in the determination of the optical properties. Preliminary in vivo measurements were performed on healthy volunteers to monitor spatial changes in calf (medial and lateral gastrocnemius) oxygen hemoglobin saturation and total hemoglobin content during dynamic plantar flexion exercise.
