摘要

Case method has been highly appreciated and been long adopted as a major teaching method in management schools of western prestigious universities. It is also believed to be an indispensible choice in the cultivation of managerial talents in China. Although the application of case method has been an immediate concern of many domestic scholars, there is still more than one problem needed to be addressed in the practical process. On the basis of brief analysis of the current situation of case method application in the nation, this thesis proposes means of quality control and performance evaluation in the process of case teaching method including control pre-, in and post-the event.
机译：案例教学法一直是西方著名大学管理学院的一种主要教学方法，受到人们的高度赞赏并长期被采用。在中国，管理人才的培养也被认为是必不可少的选择。尽管案例方法的应用已成为许多国内学者的当务之急，但在实际过程中仍需要解决多个问题。在对全国案例法应用现状进行简要分析的基础上，提出了案例法教学过程中事件发生前，事件中和事件后的质量控制和绩效评估的方法。
