This paper based on the current industrial structure in Shanxi and the trend of the structure analyzed the background of the industrial structure' change from 1990's, the basic trajectory and the relationship between the development of the regional economic and the industrial structure, hi the paper, the basic contradiction and the obstacles to development of regional industrial structure in Shanxi have been provided at the present stage ,some policy-related suggestions have also been made in order to the Shanxi regional development.
