摘要

L-ascorbic acid (AA) and D-isoascorbic acid (IA) are diastereomer each other. Oxidation current responses of AA and IA in aqueous electrolyte solution containing both AA and IA might be successfully observed as two separated anodic peaks from AA and IA, using asymmetric carbon-linked thiol derivative-modified Au electrodes. These two separated peaks appeared when the modified electrode might be experienced with oxidation adsorption-desorption.
