Surfactant-free nanoparticles ofrnpoly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA)rnnanoparticles were prepared withrnpoly(L-lactide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (LE)rndiblock copolymer (abbreviated as PLGA/LErnnanoparticles) by dialysis method. The sizernof PLGA and PLGA/LE nanoparticles wasrn295.3 ± 171.3 nm and 307.6 ± 27.2 nm,rnrespectively, suggesting LE diblockrncopolymer might be coated onto the surfacernof nanoparticles.
