This paper discusses the importance of online course in engineering training education and takes the construction problems currently with the course of "Engineering Training Basis" for example from the practical perspective. It also researches on the connection of the teaching scene effect design and network course. As a result, the research realizes the concept of "basis-training-integrates innovation" in engineering training education by combining network course learning and practice.
